Shipping movement of all the products will only take place on weekdays (excluding National Holidays) straight from the warehouse of Intuit. For customers who have placed their orders after 4 PM EST, the processing for same will take place on the next working day. Free Shipping option is available for all the states in the country including Alaska and Hawaii. On requesting for, download option for the software can also be made available.
Processing of Standard Free Shipping Time and date of products getting shipped will rely up on possibility of product being available. To ship the order one of the following option will be chosen:
1. FedEx Ground
2. UPS Ground
3. US Priority Mail
In order to speed up the process, if the customer wishes to do so, tracking information can be accessed through unique tracking number sent to the customer via their email id.

- In the scenario where the return of the product is not due to our negligence, as in, the product is not defective or incorrect; the charges for return shipping will be borne by the customer.
